Shipping Policy
Every Home & Kraft rug is made to order by hand and delivered in 10-12 business days, loom to doorstep. Here is exactly how that works.
Where we ship
We ship across the contiguous United States and Canada. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, shipping is quoted at checkout based on size and weight.
How long it takes
Your rug does not sit in a warehouse. It is tufted or woven to order, hand finished, wash-tested and then dispatched. The full journey takes 10-12 business days from order to doorstep:
- Days 1-8: your rug is made by hand in the atelier.
- Days 8-9: hand finishing, quality check and wash test.
- Days 9-12: in transit with FedEx or UPS, tracking emailed the moment it ships.
During launches, sales and holidays, making time may extend by 2-3 business days. If that applies to your order, we say so on the product page and in your confirmation email.
How your rug arrives
Rugs are folded on a recycled core and wrapped in protective, kerbside-recyclable packaging. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate deliveries so nothing waits on anything else.
Changing your address
Need to redirect an order? Email hello@homeandkraft.com with your order number before dispatch and we will update it. Once a rug is with the carrier, we will help you arrange a redirect through them.
Damaged in transit
If your rug arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the damage, keep both, and contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will make it right with a remake or a full refund.
