homeandkraft.com (the "Site") is operated by Home & Kraft ("we", "us"). These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Site. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data, misrepresent your identity, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, infringing or harmful.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately at hello@homeandkraft.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
4. Our content
Everything on the Site - designs, photography, text, logos, page layouts and the rugs' patterns themselves - is owned by or licensed to Home & Kraft and protected by copyright, trademark and design laws. You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.
5. Your content
If you submit reviews, photos or other content (including via our Creator Community), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and share that content in connection with our brand, and you confirm you have the rights to grant it. We may remove content at our discretion.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and services (for example, payment and delivery providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for consumer rights that apply in your state or province.
