Trade & bulk
If you specify rugs for a living - interiors, architecture, hospitality, staging, retail - you should not be paying retail. Trade accounts get standing discounts, custom colourways matched to your scheme, sampling, and a person who answers the phone.

The more you tell us now, the more useful the first reply will be. If it is urgent, call - we would rather have the conversation than the email chain.
Already ordering retail? If you have bought three or more rugs from us as a designer, you have been overpaying. Tell us and we will backdate you onto trade pricing.
Built for people who buy more than one
If you are specifying rugs for clients, projects or resale, this is the door you should be coming through.
Interior designers & architects
Custom sizes for awkward rooms, colourways matched to your scheme, and samples before you present. Trade pricing on every order, from the first one.
Hotels, restaurants & venues
Washable is not a nice-to-have in a hospitality floor - it is the whole business case. Bulk runs, consistent dye lots and replacement stock held against your spec.
Staging, rentals & developers
Volume pricing on repeat sizes, staged delivery to site, and a rug that survives a turnover cycle because it can go in a machine.
Stockists & concept stores
Wholesale terms, display support and white-label options. Minimum order applies.
Offices & workspaces
Acoustic comfort that can actually be cleaned. Custom sizes for meeting rooms, breakouts and reception.
Bulk & branded orders
Client gifts, closing gifts, branded runs with a woven-in logo or label. Talk to us early - it takes longer.
What a trade account gets you
Standing trade pricing
A discount applied to every order automatically, at the tier your volume earns. No codes, no negotiation each time.
Custom colourways
Send a swatch, a paint code or a fabric. We dye to it. Minimums apply on a bespoke colour, and they are lower than you expect.
Samples before you specify
Yarn samples free on any account. Physical sample rugs at cost, credited back against the order if the project goes ahead.
A named contact
One person who knows your projects, answers the phone, and can tell you honestly whether a deadline is achievable.
Consistent dye lots
Fourteen rugs across a hotel floor need to be the same colour. On a bulk run they are dyed together, which is the only way to guarantee it.
Net 30 terms
On approved accounts, after the first order. Useful when you are invoicing a client on their schedule and not yours.
Staged delivery
Ship to site, to your studio, or to the client - phased against your install dates rather than all at once into a hallway.
Spec sheets & CAD
Dimensions, materials, weave, pile height and care documentation, ready to drop into your specification pack.
Volume pricing
Discounts are applied against retail and stack with nothing else - they replace codes and promotions rather than adding to them.
| Tier | Rugs per year | Discount | Also includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trade | 3-9 | 10% | Free yarn samples, custom sizes at no surcharge, priority support line. |
| Studio | 10-24 | 20% | Everything above, plus a named contact and sample rugs at cost. |
| Project | 25-74 | 25% | Everything above, plus custom colourways, matched dye lots and Net 30 terms. |
| Contract | 75+ | Up to 30% | Everything above, plus staged delivery to site, held replacement stock and freight quoted per project. |
One honest caveat. These are handmade rugs, so volume has a ceiling that a factory does not have. A 200-rug contract is real but it needs a lead time measured in weeks, not days. Tell us the install date first and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
