What size rug do I actually need?
Living room: front furniture legs on the rug, 12-18 inches of floor showing at the edges. Bedroom: the rug should run past the sides of the bed by at least 18 inches. Dining: add 24 inches to every side of the table so chairs stay on it when pulled out. If you are between two sizes, size up — it is the single most common regret.
How long does an order take?
10-12 business days from checkout to your door, and that includes the making. Custom sizes take the same time. You get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Are they really machine washable?
Yes. Cold gentle cycle, mild detergent, air dry flat. We wash-test every rug before it leaves the studio, so the one you receive has already been through it once.
Can I get a size that is not on the site?
Any size, to the exact inch. Any shape too — rectangle, round, runner, square or oval. Pick Custom in the size picker on any product, or send us the measurements and we will quote it.
